The glazed trunk door reveals the swing of the pendulum and the gradual drop of the weights. The plinth is mounted on fine ogee feet. The eight-day Westminster chime movement has a chime silencer and an automatic night silencer. The pendulum has an automatic beat setting. The dial is solid brass with a silver finish chapter ring.
